Lucknow: The 42nd Rotaract District Conference and Awards Ceremony, titled “Echo of Shakti,” concluded in Lucknow with enthusiastic participation from youth representatives and Rotaract clubs from across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. The two-day event, held at a city hotel, focused on leadership, social service, and recognition of outstanding contributions in various community development sectors.
Organised under the leadership of District Rotaract Representative Mahi Bhan, the conference featured discussions and presentations on projects related to education, healthcare, sanitation, environment, literacy, culture, sports, and social welfare.
During the award ceremony, District Governor Dr. Ashutosh Agrawal, Amit Ahuja, Kamdeshwar Singh, and Mahi Bhan honoured clubs and young achievers for their remarkable service initiatives at the national level.
Among the major award winners, Abhishek Singh from Mirzapur received the Best President Award, while Suryanshu Jaiswal from Mau secured the second position. Vishakha Singh of Techno College and Rotaract Club Deoria jointly received the third award.

In the club category, Rotaract Club Mirzapur Gaurav was declared the Best Club, followed by Pride Club in second place, Techno Club in third, and Deoria Club in fourth position.
Assistant Governor Bharti Gupta informed that nearly 350 awards were distributed during the event to recognize excellence in leadership and community service.
More than 150 Rotaract representatives from 50 clubs, including teams from Ghazipur, Gorakhpur, Gola, Vindhyachal, Rae Bareli, Mirzapur, Prayagraj, Satna, Tulsipur, Gonda, Deoria, Barabanki, Mau, Lucknow, and Panini Kanya Mahavidyalaya, participated in the conference. The event served as a platform for young leaders to exchange ideas, strengthen collaboration, and celebrate impactful social initiatives.
